Vivo CEO Han Boxiao showcased a comparison video of the vivo X200 Ultra’s stabilization against the iPhone 16 Pro Max, highlighting its advanced camera capabilities. The X200 Ultra features two dedicated imaging chips and three modules, all equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). It can record 4K video at 120fps in 10-bit Log mode. The phone boasts two 50MP Sony LYT-818 sensors (35mm main and 14mm ultra-wide) and a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor for the 85mm periscope lens. The vivo X200 Ultra is set to launch in April, though an exact date is yet to be announced.
The CEO of Vivo, Han Boxiao, recently shared a video comparing the stabilization of the vivo X200 Ultra with that of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Earlier, he posted photos showcasing the capabilities of the vivo, iPhone, and Canon 5D Mk IV to highlight the imaging prowess of the X200 Ultra, which will feature not one, but two dedicated imaging chips.
The post also provides additional insights into the camera system. All three camera modules will include OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). They will support 4K video recording at 120fps while enabling autofocus and 10-bit Log mode as well.

Regarding camera specifications, the vivo X200 Ultra is set to include two 50MP Sony LYT-818 sensors—one tailored for the 35mm main lens and another for the 14mm ultra-wide lens—along with a custom 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 for the 85mm periscope lens. Additionally, the phone will feature a dedicated camera button.
Recently, vivo announced that the X200 Ultra will officially launch in April, although the specific date has yet to be revealed.
