Vivo is reportedly developing the T4 Ultra model, following the launch of the standard T4 in April. Unlike the T4’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, the Ultra will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor. It is expected to have a 6.67-inch 120Hz pOLED display, a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera, and a secondary 50MP periscope telephoto lens. The phone will run on Android 15 with FunTouch OS 15 and offer 90W charging. The T4 Ultra is anticipated to launch in early June and is expected to be priced as a midrange device, attracting significant interest.
