Teams and Matchups Revealed for the 2025 T. Rowe Price ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament

The Atlantic Coast Conference has revealed the bracket for the 2025 T. Rowe Price ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament, set for March 11-15 at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. Duke, with a record of 28-3, earned the No. 1 seed and a double bye into the quarterfinals after winning the regular-season championship. Other top seeds include Louisville and Clemson at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively. The tournament begins with three first-round games on Tuesday, followed by second-round matchups on Wednesday. All tournament games will be broadcast on ESPN and available for streaming via ACCNX.

The Atlantic Coast Conference has unveiled the seedings and bracket for the 2025 T. Rowe Price ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, March 11-15, at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, N.C. This marks the 72nd iteration of the tournament, returning to Charlotte for the 14th time, including the third at Spectrum Center (2008, 2019).
 
Duke (28-3, 19-1 ACC) secured the tournament’s No. 1 seed and a double bye into the quarterfinals after clinching the ACC regular-season championship with a victory over North Carolina on Saturday. Louisville (25-6, 18-2) earned the No. 2 seed, while Clemson (26-5, 18-2) claimed the No. 3 seed, having defeated the Cardinals on January 7.
 
Wake Forest (21-10, 13-7) achieved the No. 4 seed, granting them the last double bye after winning a three-team tiebreaker involving North Carolina and SMU, distinguished by their 2-0 record against both teams during the regular season.
 
The tournament will kick off on Tuesday with three matchups. The opening game features No. 12 seed Notre Dame (14-17, 8-12) against No. 13 Pitt (17-14, 8-12) at 2 p.m. ET. Following that, No. 10 Virginia Tech (13-18, 8-12) will take on No. 15 California (13-18, 6-14) at 4:30 p.m. ET, marking the Golden Bears’ inaugural ACC Tournament appearance. The evening session concludes with No. 11 Florida State (17-14, 8-12) facing off against No. 14 Syracuse (13-18, 7-13) at 7 p.m. ET.
 
On Wednesday, No. 8 seed Georgia Tech (16-15, 10-10) will meet No. 9 Virginia (15-16, 8-12) at noon ET to commence the second round. The Cavaliers secured the last bye in the tournament after winning a five-team tiebreaker against Virginia Tech, FSU, Notre Dame, and Pitt.
 
No. 5 seed North Carolina (20-12, 13-7) will contend with the winner of the Notre Dame-Pitt matchup at 2:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday. In the next session, No. 7 Stanford (19-12, 11-9) makes its ACC Tournament debut against the winner of the Virginia Tech-California game at 7 p.m. ET, while No. 6 SMU (22-9, 13-7) will face the Florida State-Syracuse winner at 9:30 p.m. ET, marking their first-ever ACC Tournament appearance.
 
Winners from Wednesday will advance to face the top four seeds in Thursday’s quarterfinals.
 
All 14 tournament games will be broadcast nationally on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, or ACC Network. Additionally, all games will be streamed via ACCNX.
