Samsung has rolled out the One UI 7 beta update for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra in India and South Korea, introducing bug fixes and new features, including the ability to record Log videos. This feature, borrowed from the Galaxy S25 series, can be activated through the Camera settings under Advanced video options. Users can enable Log support for both Pro and standard video modes. A LOG button will appear in the Camera app for easy access. Recorded Log videos appear flat and grey until color corrected in the Gallery app or with other editing tools.

The standout feature is the ability to record Log videos. With the introduction of the One UI 7 beta, users of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra can now record in Log format. To enable this, navigate to the S24 Ultra’s Camera settings > Advanced video options and activate the toggle next to the Log option. You can choose to enable Log support exclusively for the Pro video mode or for the general Video mode as well.
After Log support is activated, a LOG button will be visible in the top-right corner of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s native Camera app, enabling you to easily toggle the Log feature on or off.

Keep in mind that the Log videos you capture will appear flat and grey until you adjust their color in the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s Gallery app. Additional editing can also be done with other tools to refine them further.
