The update introduces new Galaxy AI features, Google Gemini functionality via the side button, and an enhanced visual experience. Furthermore, under EU regulations, devices from 2021 are also set to receive updates, including the Galaxy S22, S21, and older foldables like the Z Fold3 and Z Flip3.
Samsung has officially launched One UI 7, starting with last year’s flagship devices. We can now confirm that the Galaxy S23 models are also receiving the Android 15 update.
Participants in the beta program will download a relatively small 900 MB update, while those using the stable version will need to download a larger 5 GB package, so it’s advisable to ensure sufficient storage space. Additionally, the update includes the latest security patch for April 2025.
