Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 at MWC in Barcelona, with both models now available in India, while the A26 is absent. The A56 offers configurations from 8/128GB to 12/256GB, priced between ₹42,000 and ₹48,000, and comes in Awesome Olive, Lightgray, and Graphite. The A36, similarly configured, is expected soon and features Awesome Black, Lavender, and White colors, with prices from ₹33,000 to ₹39,000. A launch promotion includes free storage upgrades and discounted Samsung Care+. Buyers can access no-cost EMI options and a ₹400 Amazon voucher using Samsung Wallet for select transactions.
This past Saturday, Samsung introduced its new Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 at MWC in Barcelona, and just a few days later, they have officially launched in India. However, the Galaxy A26 will not be released alongside them.
The A56 can be found on Samsung.com, with the first units expected to be available in the next few days. The device comes in three configurations: 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB. It is offered in three color options: Awesome Olive, Awesome Lightgray, and Awesome Graphite.
As for the A36, it is also listed on Samsung.com, but stock is not yet available. The RAM and storage configurations mirror those of the A56, with a price gap of ₹3,000 between each variant. The A36 is available in three different colors: Awesome Black, Awesome Lavender, and Awesome White.

It’s worth noting that during the launch phase, Samsung is providing a complimentary storage upgrade for both the Galaxy A36 and A56. Therefore, the 8/256GB A36 is effectively available at ₹33,000 (the price of the 8/128GB variant), while the 8/256GB A56 is priced at ₹42,000 (equivalent to the 8/128GB variant), at least initially.

Furthermore, early buyers can avail themselves of a one-year protection plan with Samsung Care+ at a reduced price of ₹1,000 (down from ₹3,000). Moreover, customers purchasing the A36 can opt for no-cost EMI for up to 16 months, while those buying the A56 can access up to 18 months of no-cost EMI. Additionally, by using the Samsung Wallet for select transactions, one can earn a ₹400 voucher for Amazon.
