Ranbir Kapoor’s Intense Callisthenics Workout for “Love & War” Is Best Suited for Advanced Trainees, Says Wife Alia Bhatt.

Ranbir Kapoor is deeply engaged in preparations for his upcoming film, Love & War. His fitness trainer, Nam, recently posted a photo on Instagram showcasing Ranbir’s impressive strength while performing a front lever pull-up during a rigorous workout. Last month, Ranbir, along with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, celebrated filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 62nd birthday on set. Love & War is their second collaboration since Ranbir’s debut in Saawariya. In addition to this project, Ranbir will star in Nitesh Tiwari’s two-part Ramayana set for release in 2026 and 2027, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park.

Ranbir Kapoor is diligently gearing up for his forthcoming film Love & War. On Saturday, his fitness coach, Nam, provided a snapshot of Ranbir’s rigorous workout routine on Instagram.

The actor can be seen executing a front lever pull-up in the image—an advanced calisthenics exercise that requires considerable back and core strength. The photo showcases Ranbir’s remarkable physical abilities as he effortlessly maintains the challenging position.

Last month, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal gathered to celebrate filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 62nd birthday on the set of Love & War. Alia posted a delightful photo of the group on Instagram.

The caption read, “A quick break from night shoots to honor our director. Happy Birthday, magician sir (and happy 3 to our Gangu too), and a huge shoutout to @vickykaushal09 for absolutely dominating the box office with Chhaava!!! Alright, party time is over … back to work.”

Love & War represents Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s second partnership with Ranbir Kapoor, having previously collaborated on Ranbir’s debut film, Saawariya.

Ranbir has also shared the screen with Vicky Kaushal in the biopic Sanju about Sanjay Dutt. Meanwhile, he and his wife Alia appeared together in the 2022 blockbuster Brahmastra.

Additionally, Ranbir Kapoor is set to star in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, which will release in two parts. The first part is scheduled for Diwali 2026, followed by the second part on Diwali 2027. He is also lined up for Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park.
