Motorola has launched the Razr 2025 and Razr Ultra 2025 in the US and Canada, available for purchase after pre-orders began on May 7. The Razr 2025 features a Dimensity 7400X chipset, a 4,500 mAh battery with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging, and dual cameras (50 MP main, 13 MP ultra-wide). Priced at $700, it’s available unlocked. The Razr Ultra 2025, a flagship model, comes with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 4,700 mAh battery, and dual 50 MP cameras, priced at $1,300. Additionally, the Razr+ 2025, upgraded with an IP48 rating and new color, is available for $1,000.
Motorola has officially launched the Razr 2025 and Razr Ultra 2025 in the US and Canada, as promised during their unveiling in April. The devices have been available for pre-order since May 7, and unlocked models can now be purchased outright.
The Razr 2025, which is referred to as Razr 60 in other markets, features a Dimensity 7400X chipset that boasts a 15% enhancement in AI processing, according to Motorola. It has a battery capacity of 4,500 mAh and supports 30W wired and 15W wireless charging.
The dual camera setup, accompanied by a 4” cover screen, includes a 50 MP primary sensor and a 13 MP ultra-wide lens that also functions as a macro camera.
The Razr Ultra 2025 is a genuine flagship, rebranded as the Razr 60 Ultra. This foldable device is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of storage. Its camera system consists of a 50 MP main and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, while the selfie camera, located behind the foldable display, is also 50 MP.
This model also presents enhancements in battery life, featuring a 4,700 mAh battery with 68W wired, 30W wireless, and 5W reverse wired charging capabilities.

The Motorola Razr 2025 is priced at $700 in the United States and CAD 1,000 in Canada. The Razr Ultra 2025 comes with a price tag of $1,300 and is available through AT&T and T-Mobile in the US, while in Canada, it retails for CAD 1,900. The carrier Rogers plans to offer this phone starting June 3.

Additionally, Motorola has reintroduced the Razr+ from 2024, now featuring an IP48 rating, an enhanced hinge, the latest Android 15, and the stylish Pantone Mocha Mousse color. This updated phone, dubbed Razr+ 2025, is available exclusively in the US for $1,000 through AT&T and T-Mobile.
