The Moto G86, featuring leaked official renders and specs, is set to launch soon, having received certifications from EEC in Europe and MIIT and 3C in China. Similar to last year’s model, it may be released in China as the S60 Neo. The device will boast a 6.67-inch pOLED display with “1.5K” resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. It will house a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, and a 5,200 mAh (or 6,720 mAh in China) battery. A 50 MP main and 8 MP ultrawide camera will be included, running Android 15, with a price of €330 for the 8GB model.
Recently, the Moto G86 was highlighted in some official-looking leaked renders back in April, and earlier this month, its complete specifications were also revealed. Clearly, it’s on the way — and to reinforce that, it has now received EEC certification in Europe, as well as MIIT and 3C certifications in China.
Last year, the Moto G85 was marketed under that name globally and as the Motorola S50 Neo in China. Therefore, it wouldn’t be surprising if this year the G86 is launched in China as the S60 Neo.

The MIIT certification indicates that the device will feature a 6,720 mAh battery in China, while in other regions, it will sport a 5,200 mAh battery. Previous rumors suggest that the G86 will include a 6.67-inch pOLED display with “1.5K” resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, and Gorilla Glass 7i for protection.
It will be equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 SoC, alongside up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. On the back, there will be a 50 MP main camera paired with an 8 MP ultrawide lens. The device will launch with Android 15 pre-installed.
A pricing leak from March indicated that the G86, featuring 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is expected to be priced at €330 in the Eurozone.
