Titled the Ultrasound World Tour, this series of concerts will span locations across North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Notable support will feature artists such as Blood Orange, the Japanese House, Nilüfer Yanya, Chanel Beads, Empress Of, Jim-E Stack, and Oklou at select performances. Check out the full schedule below.
In a message to her fans, Lorde expressed:
I am embarking on a tour in support of my new album, Virgin.
Every performance is a collaboration between us. We gather in a space, creating music together, our bodies and technology merging in a quest for something greater. It’s been 12 years of crafting sounds just for us. Since our last meeting, I’ve been peeling away the excess, creating more space for movement. I believe that Ultrasound has the potential to be our masterpiece.
I am very proud and thrilled to be joined by my exceptionally talented friends on this journey.
Tickets go on sale May 16th, with pre-sale starting May 14th. Join me to discover what lies beneath the surface.
Virgin, which releases on June 27 via Republic, features contributions from Daniel Nigro, Fabiana Palladino, Inc. No World’s Andrew Aged, Buddy Ross, and Blood Orange’s Devonté Hynes. Last month, Lorde shared the lead single “What Was That,” stating about the album, “I WAS TRYING TO MAKE A DOCUMENT THAT REFLECTED MY FEMININITY: RAW, PRIMAL, INNOCENT, ELEGANT, OPENHEARTED, SPIRITUAL, MASC.”
