The device includes a 5 MP selfie camera and a 13 MP rear camera, powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging. It operates on a Unisoc chipset with 4 GB RAM and Android 14 Go. Additional features include a dual SIM slot, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio, and side-mounted fingerprint scanner. According to Lava’s Head of Product, this upgraded version is designed for new smartphone users, offering refined design and reliable performance.

Lava has shared only a few specifications of the Yuva Star 2. It comes equipped with an HD+ LCD and a 5 MP front-facing camera. The rear camera features a 13 MP sensor, and the device houses a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 10W wired charging.
Powered by a Unisoc chipset, the phone includes 4 GB of RAM. It runs on Android 14 Go and features a dual SIM slot, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, FM radio, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
This smartphone is considered an improved version of the original Yuva Star, as stated by Sumit Singh, Head of Product at Lava. While we found it challenging to identify any notable differences between the two models, the executive assured that the phone is “ideal” for those stepping into the smartphone realm, emphasizing its “sleek design, dependable performance, and intuitive features.”
