The device features a 6.7-inch 1440×3120 AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, which includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, while the back is shielded with Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The frame is made of titanium.

Powering the S25 Edge is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC, combined with 12GB of RAM.
