ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM) has announced that Karen T. McKee, the current president of ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company and vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, will retire on May 1, 2025. The Board of Directors has appointed Matt Crocker to take over as president of ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company and vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, effective the same date.

Crocker, who has been serving as President of Global Business Solutions since 2023, began his career with the company in 1995 at the Fawley Refinery in the UK. Before his current appointment, he held numerous senior vice president and vice president roles across ExxonMobil’s Low Carbon Solutions, Product Solutions, and Upstream segments. He also advanced through various positions in Refining and Chemicals within operations at Baytown, Baton Rouge, and Fawley.
