The Wings (0-1) face off against the Seattle Storm (0-1) at 7 p.m. Monday at College Park Center in Arlington. Coming off a season-opening defeat to the Minnesota Lynx on Friday night, the Wings are eager for a comeback.

The game will be broadcast live for free on KFAA (Ch. 29), the sister station of WFAA. This marks KFAA’s first game of the season as part of a new broadcast agreement between the Wings and TEGNA, the parent company of both WFAA and KFAA.

The Wings are looking to recover on Monday night after falling to the Lynx, 99-84, in their preseason match on Friday.

No. 1 overall draft choice Paige Bueckers tallied 10 points before a sold-out crowd at the College Park Center, while her UConn teammate Napheesa Collier netted 34 points for the Lynx in their victory.

All-Star guard Arike Ogunbowale led the Wings with 16 points, while DiJonai Carrington, acquired from the Connecticut Sun during the offseason as part of a roster overhaul following the Wings’ playoff absence in 2024, contributed 15 points.

As part of this agreement, all Wings games not slated for national television will be offered for free over-the-air on KFAA (Ch. 29) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A few select games may also be aired on WFAA (Ch. 8).
