Another source confirms that the Snapdragon 8s Elite will not feature Oryon cores.

Recent leaks reveal details about the unreleased Snapdragon 8s Elite chip, originally seen in the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro. The chip features a 4nm manufacturing process and a CPU configuration including one Cortex-X4 core at 3.21 GHz, three Cortex-A720 cores up to 3.01 GHz, and additional Cortex-A520 cores. It lacks the Oryon core found in the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The Adreno 825 GPU is expected to deliver an AnTuTu score around two million, indicating its performance will align more closely with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 rather than the premium Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Our previous insights on the still-unreleased Snapdragon 8s Elite date back to January, when the chip was identified within an iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro device. Recently, a notable industry insider has provided additional confirmation and elaboration on the initially shared information.

If you were anticipating that the Snapdragon 8s Elite would resemble the high-end Snapdragon 8 Elite, you may find yourself disappointed. It appears to be more akin to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 instead.
