Additional Oppo Reno14 images surface, providing a clearer view of the updated camera layout.

A recent leak showcases the Oppo Reno14 Pro’s unique camera island featuring three cameras: a 50MP periscope telephoto with a 3.5x lens, a 50MP main camera with OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The periscope is situated above the flash, with the other two cameras positioned to its left. The phone is expected to have an aluminum frame, a flat 120Hz OLED display, and IP68/IP69 water resistance. A rumored “Magic Cube” button on the left side remains unconfirmed due to limited images. No official launch date exists, but previous models suggest a mid-year release.

Earlier this month, a leaked render of the Oppo Reno14 Pro revealed an intriguing camera island for the phone’s triple camera setup. Now, leakster Digital Chat Station has released images providing a clearer view of that camera island from two perspectives, along with some extra details about the device.

The images may depict the Oppo Reno14 or possibly the Pro variant – we’re still uncertain about the distinctions between the two models. It’s likely that both will feature periscope telephoto cameras.

This periscope camera – rumored to be a 50MP unit with a 3.5x lens – is located above the flash. In the first image, it appears to be positioned above the main camera island, but the side view below clarifies that this is not the case.

To the left of the periscope are the two additional cameras – a 50MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, which are the only details available at this time.

More Oppo Reno14 images leak, offering a better look at the new camera island design

The Oppo Reno14 Pro is speculated to feature a “Magic Cube” button on its left side; however, DCS only provided an image of the phone’s right side, which shows the volume rocker and power button.

The device will sport an aluminum frame and, unlike its predecessor, will have a flat display – specifically, a 120Hz OLED panel. Similar to the Reno13 generation, the new models are expected to have IP68/IP69 “full” water resistance ratings.

No official launch date has been announced for the Reno14 series, but the first Reno12 models made their debut in June (Oppo typically releases two Reno generations each year, with the Reno13 arriving in November). We might have to wait a bit longer if that schedule continues.
