The Mini features a 6.3-inch screen with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC, while the Magic8 has a 6.58-inch display powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, the same as the Pro model with a 6.7-inch screen. It’s uncertain if a Magic8 Lite will be released. Historical timelines suggest the Magic8 series could be announced in early October, with potential November availability. Notably, the Magic8 Pro might feature a 50 MP main, 50 MP ultrawide, and 200 MP periscope telephoto camera.

Currently, it’s uncertain whether a Magic8 Lite will be added to this lineup. The Magic7 and Magic7 Pro were both unveiled at the end of October and launched in November. However, with Qualcomm revealing the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 in late September, the timeline for the Magic8 might change, potentially leading to an early October announcement and a later release within the month for the Magic8, Magic8 Pro, and Magic8 Mini.
As rumored earlier, the display of the Magic8 will be slightly smaller than the Magic7’s 6.78″ screen, with the Magic8 Pro also featuring a marginally reduced size compared to its predecessor’s 6.8″ display. According to past leaks, the Magic8 Pro is anticipated to include a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and an impressive 200 MP periscope telephoto camera.
