Catalyst Community is hosting the Kids Expo 2025 in South Lake Tahoe on May 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., previously known as Day of the Young Child. The free event will take place at Lake Tahoe Community College and features 35 vendors, including local non-profits and childcare businesses. Attendees can enjoy a DJ, free food, hands-on activities for children, and explore large vehicles like a garbage truck and fire engine. The event aims to connect parents with essential resources. SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – Catalyst Community is reintroducing their complimentary community event, previously known as Day of the Young Child, now called Kids Expo 2025, at South Lake Tahoe. This free event is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lake Tahoe Community College.
The event has moved from Placerville to South Lake Tahoe and will feature 35 vendors, including local non-profits and businesses focused on childcare.
