The most significant outages are in Oneida County, where 10,121 customers are without power.
In Madison County, there are 715 customers without power.
Onondaga and Oswego Counties have seen recovery, with 645 customers still without power in Onondaga and 601 in Oswego.
Lastly, just 2 customers are affected in Cortland County.
