vivo has expanded its X200 family with the addition of the X200s and X200 Ultra, and is now rumored to introduce the X200 FE in India. This new model replaces the previously anticipated X200 Pro mini. The X200 FE features a 6.31-inch 1216×2640 LTPO OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset. It boasts a dual rear camera system (50 MP main and 50 MP telephoto), a 50 MP selfie camera, and supports 90W fast charging. Expected to launch in late June or early July, the device aims to provide competitive pricing in the market.
The vivo X200 family welcomed two new additions earlier this week: the X200s and X200 Ultra. However, according to recent rumors, vivo is not finished yet; the vivo X200 FE is reportedly on the way.
This new model is expected to debut in India shortly, replacing the previously rumored X200 Pro mini. It seems vivo has opted for a new name and has made some adjustments to the specifications.

The X200 FE is said to feature a 6.31-inch 1216×2640 LTPO OLED flat display with curved edges and a 120 Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset. It will also sport a dual rear camera setup (50 MP main, 50 MP telephoto), a 50 MP front camera for selfies, and support for 90W fast wired charging.
In contrast to the X200 Pro mini, the SoC is different, and as the Dimensity 9400e hasn’t been officially revealed yet, we can only speculate that it might be a lower-tier version of the 9400, much like how the 9400+ serves as the higher-tier variant. Additionally, the rear camera setup will feature one less camera, as the ultrawide lens has been omitted. There may be other differences as well, although those details remain under wraps.
We believe these modifications aim to help the phone achieve an attractive price point in India. The launch is anticipated for late June or early July, and we will likely receive more detailed information by then, so stay tuned.
