The more compact Find X8s+ starts at CNY 4,199 ($575), while the slim Find X8s shares a Dimensity 9400+ chip and starts at the same price. On April 10, Oppo unveiled its latest flagship lineup, which includes the powerful Find X8 Ultra, alongside the more compact Find X8s and Find X8s+ models, all boasting top-notch internals. The positive aspect is that these three smartphones are currently available for purchase; however, the downside is that they can only be bought in China.
The Find X8 Ultra clearly establishes itself as the flagship model within the Find X8 series, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, four high-performance 50 MP rear cameras, and a stunning 6.82″ LTPO AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution. Its battery capacity is increased by 20% compared to its predecessor, now standing at 6,100 mAh, and it supports 100W wired charging.
Oppo offers the Find X8 Ultra in three attractive colors: Black, Pink, and White. The pricing starts at CNY 6,499 ($890) for the 12/256 GB version, CNY 6,999 ($960) for the 16/512 GB model, and CNY 7,999 ($1,100) for the exclusive 16 GB + 1 TB version, which features satellite connectivity as well.
The Oppo Find X8s+ offers slightly better performance than the globally available Find X8 Pro, presented in a more compact and lighter design. While it omits the lengthy telephoto camera and boasts a main shooter that isn’t quite as impressive as the Pro version, it remains one of the most capable devices in its class.
Pricing for the Find X8s+ starts at CNY 4,199 ($575) for the 12/256 GB version. The 12/512 GB variant is priced at CNY 4,699 ($645), while the 16/512 GB option is CNY 4,999 ($685). Additionally, there is a 16 GB + 1 TB memory variant available for CNY 5,499 ($755) in either White or Black, with a Purple variant for any other memory configurations.
The Oppo Find X8s is part of the compact smartphone trend, featuring a slim 7.7 mm profile and a 6.32-inch display, along with three 50 MP cameras on the rear. Although it appears to be positioned as a more budget-friendly option compared to the Find X8s+, it is powered by the same Dimensity 9400+ chipset and boasts an impressive 80W battery, leading to similar pricing.
The Oppo Find X8s also starts at CNY 4,199 ($575) for the 12/256 GB variant. The 16/256 GB model costs CNY 4,699 ($645), while the 12/512 GB option is priced at CNY 4,999 ($685). The 16/512 GB variant is available for the same CNY 4,999 ($685), and the configuration with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage is priced at CNY 5,499 ($755).
