Motorola plans to unveil the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra (likely to be marketed in North America as the Razr 2025 and Razr+ 2025) on April 24. This event may also introduce additional models from the company’s Edge 60 lineup.

The Razr 60 Ultra has recently been identified in the Geekbench online database, with a prototype undergoing the benchmark test. As expected, this has revealed its chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, marking a notable shift in Motorola’s approach—finally equipping its premium foldable with a high-end flagship SoC.

The prototype that completed the benchmark featured 16GB of RAM, though it’s likely that more options will be available at launch. The device is set to run on Android 15 from the very start. While the benchmark has revealed these details, earlier rumors and leaks suggest that the Razr 60 Ultra will feature a 6.96-inch folding display and a 4-inch cover screen, both boasting a refresh rate of 165 Hz.

On the rear, the phone is expected to have dual 50 MP cameras, with the front-facing camera also offering the same resolution. Additionally, it is likely to come with a 4,500 mAh battery and storage options of up to 2TB.
