The 25-year-old influencer has been documenting her healing process with her followers. While many have expressed gratitude for her openness, some have criticized her for allegedly capitalizing on the singer’s death.
Liam, who was in a two-year relationship with Kate before his tragic death in October, was with her in Argentina just two days prior to his 45ft fall from a hotel balcony at the age of 31.
On Monday, Kate took to Instagram Stories, posting a selfie wearing a white tank top and a baseball cap as she invited her fans to ask her questions.
When asked about how she is coping with her grief, she responded: ‘Grieving can be really unpredictable. Some days I feel alright, while other days are just tough.
‘I’m taking it day by day, doing my best. I’m sorry if you’ve experienced loss too.’

During the Q&A, Kate shared that the tattoo that holds the most significance for her is ‘my wings,’ along with a picture showing her hands making a peace sign.
Two months after Liam’s passing, she revealed a new angel wings tattoo, likely a tribute to him.
Earlier that day, Kate posted an image of a note she believes was sent by the late singer as an above message.
The small note included a drawing of a crown with the number ‘444’ inside it.
She wrote: ‘Sign for today. [I] was cleaning out my purses and found this note at the bottom of one.’
Kate previously noted that she and Liam shared the angel number 444, which signifies ‘protection, encouragement, and support’ when seen.
Following his death, she mentioned the angel numbers, explaining they had been planning to wed in the weeks leading to his passing.
She recounted: ‘A few weeks ago, we were outdoors on a lovely evening manifesting our lives together.’

Kate revealed that ‘my wings’ is the tattoo which holds the utmost significance for her during the Q&A session.
Earlier, Kate displayed a note that she feels is a message sent from Liam from above.
‘I keep your note close, even if you told me not to glance at it. It said, “Me and Kate to marry within a year; engaged and together forever 444.”
‘Liam, I know we’ll be together eternally, though not in the way we had envisioned. You will always be with me. I have gained a guardian angel.
‘I will love you for the rest of my days and beyond, carrying our dreams and memories with me wherever I go. Forever yours, Katelyn 444.’
In the past weeks, Kate has shared previously unseen images of Liam on Instagram and posted a treasured note from him.
She has also recorded a video while going through her belongings from around the time of Liam’s death.
In one of her recent TikTok videos, she visited the Ritual Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge in Charleston, South Carolina, where she and Liam met for the first time.
Kate elaborated: ‘I am presently in Charleston, North Carolina, a city I used to reside in and where I met Liam.’
‘I’m at the restaurant where I met Liam when I worked as a server, and this is my first return here.’
Angels have taken on a significant meaning for Kate since Liam’s passing, particularly the number 444, which she has tattooed on her hand (seen in December 2022)
‘I told myself to make this a beautiful moment that brings me peace instead of sadness. I feel that’s what Liam would wish for me.’
Approaching the booth where they met, Kate showed how her friends had decorated the table.
She continued: ‘My friends thought it would be nice to order McDonald’s, which was Liam’s favorite meal.’
‘This photo shows Liam sitting right here in this booth wearing Ritual merchandise.’
Kate and her friends then went out onto the rooftop to further celebrate Liam’s memory.
‘We used to enjoy this thing called flying wish paper where you write a wish on it, light it, and it’s supposed to make your wishes come true. We’re going to do this today,’ she mentioned as she ignited the paper.
While some of Liam’s fans expressed their support, others criticized her for continuing to reference him during his family’s time of mourning.
Commenting on her posts, some wrote: ‘You need to stop using Liam’s name for attention. You left him there. You’re so fake. There’s a reason his family wants nothing to do with you’;
In a recent TikTok video, Kate returned to the restaurant where she first met Liam.
Kate explained that she is currently in Charleston, the city where she used to live and where she met Liam.
‘Liam, you need to create content that doesn’t revolve around him. You’re using this for self-promotion. Please, for the love of God, stop’; ‘Are you still focused on Liam? Move on.’
Conversely, others found solace in her video, noticing how the clouds in the background resembled one of Liam’s tattoos.
