Per Football Espana, Barcelona is targeting positions in the right-back and left-wing categories as key areas of focus for the forthcoming summer transfer window, contingent on regulations.

Although Hansi Flick has Jules Kounde available, Dodo is perceived as a distinct option due to his primarily offensive nature, often functioning as a right winger or forward while in possession.

On the other hand, Fiorentina is optimistic about securing a new, extended deal for the Brazilian. His existing contract ends in the summer of 2027, and sources from Calciomercato.com indicate that La Viola aims to prolong this by an additional two years.

No definitive agreement exists as of yet, however, negotiations are expected to recommence in the upcoming weeks.
