Four legendary female icons of R&B, pop, and soul will unite as Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Gladys Knight, and Stephanie Mills embark on “The Queens! 4 Legends. 1 Stage” tour at FedExForum this fall.
Announced on Tuesday, this tour stop at the Downtown Memphis venue is scheduled for September 21. Tickets for the performance will be up for grabs later this week.
The initial leg of “The Queens Tour” is poised to begin in May in Las Vegas, followed by 10 additional shows, including one on May 18 at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. The tour will then continue in the fall, starting September 19 with performances in Greensboro, North Carolina, and Atlanta before reaching Memphis.
Produced by the Black Promoters Collective, the tour is described as a “once-in-a-lifetime event” uniting four Grammy-winning and nominated legends who have influenced generations. Fans can expect an unforgettable evening filled with exceptional vocal talent and breathtaking performances.
“Having these four legendary women together on a single stage is historic,” remarked Gary Guidry, CEO of the Black Promoters Collective. “Each has made a lasting impact on the industry, and this tour celebrates their artistry, strength, and legacy.”
