The device also boasts a 50MP main camera and a 14mm ultrawide lens with larger Sony sensors. However, it’s important to note that the X200 Ultra is expected to have a China-exclusive release, without a global launch.

We have confirmation of the sensors used in the X200 Ultra, with vivo collaborating with Fujifilm for further enhancements. Our recent insights provide a closer examination of the actual sensors, which occupy a substantial portion of the top half of the device.
The second image highlights the X200 Ultra’s 200MP custom Samsung ISOCELL HP9 periscope module, positioned alongside the one from the X100 Ultra and an unnamed competitor. The periscope camera in the X200 Ultra is confirmed to feature an 85mm equivalent focal range and a larger aperture, allowing it to capture 38% more light than its predecessor. We also have a closer look at the 35mm equivalent 50MP main camera and 14mm ultrawide lens, both featuring Sony LYT-818 sensors. The ultrawide sensor on the X200 Ultra is expected to have a size of 1/1.28″, significantly larger than the average industry ultrawide module.
