Faith Evans and Lil’ Kim, former partners of Biggie Smalls, present at the funeral of his mother Voletta Wallace, who passed away at 78.

Faith Evans, Lil’ Kim, and family members, including Biggie Smalls’ children and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, gathered for Voletta Wallace’s funeral in New York. Voletta, who died at 78, was instrumental in preserving her son Biggie’s legacy after his murder in 1997. Notables at the service included Jay-Z’s mother and RCA’s Mark Pitts. Evans and Kim, once embroiled in conflict over Biggie, expressed no lingering animosity, collaborating on a song in 2017. The emotional service highlighted Voletta’s role as a loving mother and dedicated keeper of Biggie’s memory, alongside tributes celebrating her life and legacy.

No more drama.

Faith Evans, Lil’ Kim, along with the children of Biggie Smalls and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son Christian, gathered on Wednesday to honor the late rapper’s mother, Voletta Wallace, who passed away last month at the age of 78.

Notable attendees included Jay-Z’s mother, Gloria Carter, Bad Boy Records artist Mase, and RCA Records president Mark Pitts, who co-managed Biggie — the Notorious B.I.G. — alongside Evans during their rise in the music industry.

Evans, 51, was the spouse of Biggie when he was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on March 9, 1997, at the young age of 24. No arrests have been made in this case, which many speculate was an act of retaliation for the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, as both artists were involved in a highly publicized East Coast-West Coast rap feud.

The R&B singer had once been rumored to have conflict with Lil’ Kim, who Evans claimed had a romantic relationship with her husband.

In recent years, both Evans and Kim, 50, have stated that there is no lingering hostility between them. “My issues with Kim really went out the window when B.I.G. passed, to be quite honest,” Evans expressed in 2017. They even worked together on Evans’ 2017 track, “Lovin’ You for Life.”

Christopher Jordan “C.J.” Wallace, the son of Biggie and Evans, arrived shortly before his mother, dressed in a cream-colored Gucci tuxedo.

The founder of Bad Boy Entertainment is well-known for discovering Biggie and elevating him to stardom in the early 1990s.

The memorial service for Wallace took place at the Frank E. Campbell Funeral Chapel on the Upper East Side of New York City, the same location where Biggie’s service was held on March 18, 1997, just nine days after his tragic death.

Wallace’s casket was adorned with pink and white flowers, and family pictures of the late prescholar turned guardian of her son’s legacy were displayed on a screen.

Voletta Wallace passed away on February 21 due to natural causes while under hospice care at her home in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, as confirmed by Monroe County Coroner Thomas Yanac.

A public viewing occurred the day prior. “This will be an opportunity for all of us, together, to acknowledge and pay tribute to the matriarch who built her son’s memory into the legacy that stands today, ensuring his iconic music and legendary style inspires generations of music, hip-hop, and popular culture enthusiasts worldwide,” the family stated on Instagram.

Just before the ceremony began, T’yanna Wallace, the daughter of Biggie and his high school sweetheart, Jan Jackson, made her entrance.

Christian, also known as “King,” was present to stand in for his father, who is currently held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting trial for charges related to racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

Voletta Wallace, a notable figure in the hip-hop community, was a Jamaican immigrant and raised Biggie as a single mother in Brooklyn, after his father abandoned the family in 1974.

In 2017, Wallace spoke with The Post regarding her son’s murder, expressing her frustration that his killer had not been apprehended.

“It still hurts that nothing has been done,” she stated back then.

Throughout the years following her son’s passing, Wallace played a vital role in preserving his legacy and managing his estate, which is valued at an estimated $160 million.

She also served as a producer on the 2009 biopic about Biggie, titled “Notorious,” with Angela Bassett portraying her in the film.
