Shukla noted that 400 police units, comprising more than 3,000 officers, were dispatched under the oversight of 121 gazetted officers to identify suspicious individuals at various bus terminals while minimizing public inconvenience.

A total of 3,868 individuals were screened during the operation across approximately 262 bus terminals in the state. Police teams apprehended 175 individuals for questioning.

Additionally, two criminal cases were registered during this operation, and 100 grams of heroin were seized, as stated by the Special DGP.
