The Am Law 50 firm, which has experienced a wave of lateral hires recently, revealed it is bringing on Mark Proctor, a partner from Willkie Farr & Gallagher who provides advisory services to clients on investing in and managing investment funds. The firm also shared the addition of Ed Siskel, who formerly held the position of White House counsel under President Joe Biden, and will be working out of Chicago and Washington, D.C.
