For incomes at 60 percent of the AMI, 14 one-bedroom apartments are offered at $1,374 per month for households making between $52,732 and $83,880, along with six two-bedroom units at $1,631 for households earning from $63,463 to $100,620.

At 90 percent of the AMI, three one-bedroom units are listed at a monthly rent of $2,125 for incomes ranging from $78,480 to $125,820, while seven two-bedroom apartments are available for $2,532, targeting incomes from $94,355 to $150,930.
