Simone Ashley has provided an update on her romantic life.
The Bridgerton actress subtly disclosed that she and her boyfriend of two years, Constantin “Tino” Klein, have recently parted ways, discussing the contrast of promoting her new film Picture This during this transitional period.
“It’s somewhat ironic that I’m promoting a rom-com,” Simone mentioned on the Feb. 28 episode of BBC’s Woman Hour podcast, “especially since I’ve been stepping into my single era as of January this year.”
However, the actress isn’t allowing heartbreak to affect her; instead, she is embracing this new stage of her life.
“I’m concentrating on myself and my work, as well as my inner confidence,” Simone, 29, shared. “It feels like a distinct chapter compared to when Bridgerton was released, when everything was just so wild.”
The former couple made what appeared to be their final public appearance together three months prior to their breakup, attending an art exhibition opening in London in October, curated by fashion designer Marco Capaldo.
