Kiwi seamer Zak Foulkes joins Durham for T20 Blast campaign

Zak Foulkes, a 22-year-old fast bowler from New Zealand, has signed with Durham for the T20 Blast. He debuted internationally in April 2024 and has since played eight white-ball matches, including seven T20Is, where he has taken nine wickets at an average of 26.33. 22-year-old New Zealand fast bowler Zak Foulkes has signed with Durham for their T20 Blast season.

Foulkes has made eight appearances in international white-ball cricket since his debut in April 2024. A tall right-arm seam bowler known for his hard-hitting deliveries, he has played seven T20Is, taking nine wickets at an average of 26.33, with his best performance being 3 for 20 against Sri Lanka.

Having previously played in the Vitality Blast, Foulkes showcased his skills last summer with the Birmingham Bears, where he took eight wickets across seven matches.

“I am extremely thrilled to join Durham for this year’s Vitality Blast,” Foulkes commented. “I’ve heard fantastic things about the Club and I am eager to get started.”
