A win for DC would secure their playoff spot. Young spinner Shree Charani made her debut, replacing Titas Sadhu. Lanning noted the team’s depth and their recent win over MI. RCB’s captain Smriti Mandhana also preferred to bowl, aiming for their first home win after losing three consecutive matches. RCB made one change, bringing in spinner Ekta Bisht.
