In August 2022, Sriram became Bangladesh’s T20 consultant for the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup. In September 2023, he joined Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) as an assistant coach for IPL 2024, while also returning to Bangladesh as a technical consultant ahead of the ODI World Cup.
