Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy M06 5G and Galaxy M16, as indicated by a landing page on Amazon India. A teaser shows that the M06 will feature two cameras, while the M16 may have three, housed in a camera island design that Samsung had previously abandoned. The M06 is expected to share hardware similarities with the recently launched Galaxy F06 5G, which includes a Dimensity 6300 processor, a 50 MP main camera, and operates on Android 15 with One UI Core 7.0.

After moving away from the camera island design in mid-2022, when Samsung opted for lenses that protrude from the back panel, it seems the company is now ready to reinstate this design choice.
